Full Time Contributors
The full-time contributors currently consists of:

We do not intend to hire more full-time contributors in 2025.
Rewards
Base Salary: $50,000 - $175,000 USDC per year
Tokens: 15,000 - 50,000 CTX (Vests over 2 years, 6 month cliff, then bi-annually for 1.5 years)
Rewards for contributors that began vesting in 2024 and are eligible for them to claim need to be transferred from Treasury: 19,500 CTX in total. You can view the vesting schedule and amounts here: Full Time Token Allocation - Google Sheets

- Voith: 6,000 CTX
- Cullen: 6,000 CTX
Part Time Contributors
The tasks will come directly from the full-time contributors. This will help contributors have clarity on exactly what they will earn for their efforts, and the DAO will receive exactly what they need in terms of contributions.
The main goal is to get more devs involved with the DAO, specifically for code enhancements and new features. This has been achieved in 2024 with Daniel and Trevor as part time contributors building TCAP 2.0 and a new incentive flywheel for the Cryptex Finance ecosystem. We intend to continue to work with Daniel, Trevor and other potential devs to help achieve new goals set out in the roadmap for 2025.
Rewards
Up to 15,000 USDC per month + up to 12,000 CTX over the year
Funding
Funding for full time and part time contributors will come directly from revenues generated by the protocol, loans exercised by market makers, airdrops or by CTX tokens. We will transfer from the treasury and allocate to expenditures on a bi-annual basis. For Q1+Q2 2025, we will transfer 111,000 CTX to cover full time and part time contributor compensation. Thought Leadership
During 2024 we found our most successful brand campaigns were key note speaking engagements at major conferences. This allowed Cryptex Finance to announce major product releases and updates to our targeted audience and also allowed these in person moments to be captured and shared across social media. Token2049 in Dubai and SmartCon in Hong Kong were successful thought leadership activations that were executed upon in 2024.

Brand Partnerships
In 2025 we want to further lean into our relationships with leading projects like Chainlink, Base, Perennial and more to raise awareness and capture attention of onchain users. We intend to create content and marketing moments that include these partners.

Contributors of the DAO are using tools (Like Notion, Typeform, Discord Bots, Calendly, and Docusign) to better create and collaborate.

For 2025, we intend to continue to protect the DAO, our community, and the contributors that work relentlessly every day to build and position Cryptex DAO.
Budget Breakdown
Legal: 60,000 USDC
Areas include advising on blockchain law, performing legal analysis, and future Cryptex DAO decentralized solutions, alongside representing the DAO on an as-needed basis.
Accounting: 88,000 USDC
Onboarding Certified Public Accountants with expertise specifically relevant to blockchain to handle all tax matters related to the DAO and its core team.
Dev: 85,000 USDC
AWS fees, transaction fees, audits and any other operating expenses related to dev.
Health Insurance: 54,000 USDC
Health coverage for full time contributors.
Maximum 2025 Operations Budget: 287,000 USDC
Funding for Brand and Operations Expenditures
Funding will come directly from revenues generated by the protocol, loans exercised by market makers, airdrops or by CTX tokens. We will transfer from the treasury and allocate to expenditures on a bi-annual basis. For Q1+Q2 2025, we will transfer 44,000 CTX to cover brand and operations expenditures.
