Cryptex DAO Treasury Migration Proposal

Summary

This proposal completes the full migration of the DAO to Aragon by transferring all remaining assets and ownership from the legacy V1 Treasury (Timelock) to the Aragon Executor. Additionally, ownership of the old Governor Beta is being transferred to the Aragon Executor, as some legacy contracts are still owned by the Timelock. This provides a failsafe that allows the DAO to continue interacting with those contracts if needed.

Reasoning

Testing of the Aragon deployment has been completed and Tally is sunsetting, making this migration necessary. This proposal also closes the ACC and transfers its funds back to the DAO treasury.

Note: The voting for this proposal needs to happen on the Tally based system as it is there where currently the assets are being held, once we have allocated the assets and transfer the ownership to the Aragon based system all proposals will be voted on that system.
