SubDAO Signer Applications Now Open

Following our March 8th SubDAO call, we’re opening applications for new multisig signers for the Cryptex Liquidity Management SubDAO.

What the SubDAO does

Manages protocol-owned liquidity on Aerodrome (Base).

What signers do

  • Participate in weekly multisig operations (1 batched transaction per week)
  • Join monthly SubDAO calls
  • Help manage and grow the protocol-owned liquidity position

How to apply

As established in the original proposal, the process is:

  1. Post your interest — Reply to this thread with a brief introduction, your background, and why you want to contribute
  2. Community review — CTX holders and existing contributors review candidates
  3. Snapshot vote — The community votes to elect new signers
  4. Onboarding — Elected signers are added to the multisig across all chains

Note: To date, all SubDAO contributors have not requested compensation for their work. As the SubDAO grows and generates sufficient capital, retroactive compensation for contributors may be considered at a later stage.

Hi Cryptex Community, I am Lucrica a dedicated $ctx holder and community builder, passionate about Defi governance and sustainable protocol growth.

Quick background:

I specialize in Marketing and community management. Skills i have used to promote cryptex Finance organically on X and beyond. Actually, cryptex made me spare some time to learn more about Defi since i joined cryptex in the year 2020 even though i was exposed to crypto in 2014.

Why i want to contribute as a Subdao Multisig signer:

I believe protocol owned liquidity is key to cryptex stability, depth and adoption. here is an opportunity help manage what i believe in.

I am reliable and detail-oriented. I hope this helps the Dao.

Introduction

DAOplomats is a crypto-native governance-as-a-service organization specializing in DAO efficiency through treasury management, strategic grants programs, and community-building. We currently serve as active governance contributors and professional delegates across major DeFi protocols.

Background

Our work spans the full governance stack — from tokenomics and grants design to community coordination. We are among the few delegates in the EVM ecosystem who maintain a fully transparent, publicly auditable voting history.

Our approach is grounded in positive-sum collaboration, ensuring all stakeholder voices are represented and that governance outcomes serve the broader ecosystem.

Joining the Cryptex Liquidity Management SubDAO is a natural next step for us. We are already embedded in the ecosystem and eager to extend that commitment into the liquidity layer. We bring structured accountability, cross-DAO context, and a bias toward action.

SubDAO Signer Election — Vote Now Open

Thank you to everyone who submitted their interest. We have 3 candidates for a new SubDAO multisig signer:

  1. SEEDGov @SEEDGov Web3 governance organization with 3+ years experience in governance infrastructure, grants management, and allocation programs
  2. Lucrica @lucrica1 CTX holder and community builder with experience in DeFi governance, marketing, and community management
  3. DAOplomats @DAOplomats Governance-as-a-service organization specializing in treasury management with transparent, auditable voting history

How the vote works

    Cryptex community selects the new signer
  2. On-chain vote
    An Aragon proposal will be created to formally add the elected signer to the SubDAO multisig

We will be adding one signer for now. Additional signers may be elected in future rounds as the SubDAO grows.
