# Proposal Committee
### **Summary**
Governance participation is a central pillar in achieving transparency and decentralization in any DAO. This proposal suggests creating a new wallet that would receive **100,000 CTX** from the DAO treasury, with the primary responsibility of putting proposals up for a vote on the Cryptex Governance App (Tally, at the time of drafting this proposal).
This initiative aims to address the current proposal creation requirement, which limits who is able to create proposals and submit them for voting.
In terms of time efficiency and accountability, this task should ideally fall to the Cryptex Governance team for completion, but this is not currently possible due to the limitation mentioned above.

### **Reasoning**
To create a proposal and submit it for a vote, the address being used must hold at least **100,000 CTX**. This criterion was established to prevent attempts to create spam-type proposals by individuals or groups.
While this safeguard has worked effectively, it has also created the need for the governance team to seek the help of Keepers in order to initiate the proposal voting cycle. Although this has not caused any delays or issues, it adds an additional step to the process.

### **Operational**
The operational process will be as follows:
- If approved, the Governance Team will set up a new **multisig wallet** , which will receive the **100,000 CTX**.
- The multisig wallet will be administered by two members of the Cryptex Core Contributors, who will be responsible for submitting proposals for a vote once they have passed the necessary steps outlined in the Cryptex Governance Constitution.
- This CTX **cannot** be used for any voting purposes.
- If at any point there is no further need for this committee to initiate the voting process, the total amount of CTX must be transferred back to the DAO treasury.

### **Financial**
The total budget for this proposal is **100,000 CTX** , to be delegated to a single multisig controlled by the members of the Proposal Committee.
Technically, there is **no direct cost** to operate this program. No additional DAO funds will be needed to pay personnel or cover tools. Any nominal costs (e.g., multisig setup) will be covered under the **currently approved operations budget**.

### **Conclusion**
If this proposal passes, the Governance Team will proceed with the creation of the multisig wallet and the transfer of **100,000 CTX** from the DAO treasury to that address.
