# Layer 2 & Tcap token huge premium to NAV

Any thoughts on reducing the premium that token trades to the underlying index through incentivising minting new TCAP tokens also migarting to zkSYNC protocol

Minting program don’t really work as they incentivize people to hold and dump. We are exploring some L2 options, for now Arbitrum and Optimism are the ones that make more sense as we can easily deploy over there.

TCAP needs low gas fees. Its good you are looking at Arbitrum and Optimism
